Debbie Dranoff - Owner/President

I have always considered my pets to be members of my family. As a child growing up, we always had pets in our home.  Whether it was dogs, cats, gerbils or goldfish ~ there was always someone to feed, walk, and take care of each day.

I have a vivid memory of a sweet dog named Cindy.  She was a mixed breed, about 45 pounds, with a black and white face. Even though it was a long time ago, I can still remember hugging and kissing her and the soft feel of her fur.  She was our family dog and we all loved her. When I was ten years old and in the fourth grade, Cindy became ill.  We knew she was getting older and had trouble walking up the stairs, but of course she would get better.  One day when my brothers and I returned home from school, my mom told us Cindy had died. We couldn't believe it. We all cried. My mom tried to comfort us and said, "Cindy just couldn't hold on anymore, but we did give her a wonderful life."  At the age of sixteen, Cindy died of kidney failure.  I made my mom show me she was really dead. As I put my hand on her fur and stroked it; it was still as soft as I remembered.

We buried Cindy near a flower bush in our backyard that blossoms every Spring. I have never forgotten that day or my first dog. Cindy's ending was my beginning ~  I just didn't know it until many years later.

I am now grown up with a family of my own. I had a wonderful dalmation who I loved for almost fourteen years. Spot slept in my bed and under  my kids cribs and was loved so much.  He was a sweet and lovable dog and when he died, a part of my heart felt like it died, too. Later,  I was lucky enough to get my sweet dog, who I just adore. She is my walking buddy and is a wonderful dog and companion.

Now my children help feed and walk our family dog. They know an animal needs care and love to survive, just as people do.

This is the reason I decided to go into the pet-sitting business. I have a real love for animals. When you hire Paws Four You, Inc., you can guarantee that  we  will take care of your pets with the same loving care as if they were our own. You are entrusting me and my company with the care of someone you love and I will make sure we do our  job and give your pet(s) tender loving care at the same time. There is a saying that goes, "Animals are little people in fur coats." I believe this to be true.  Paws Four You, Inc. will take care of your precious pets and when you can't be home, we will be there for you!
