RATES
Base: Cats and Dogs (and any other four footed pets)
30 minute visit ~ $18.00 (1-2 pets) *Per owner
60 minute visit ~ $28.00 (1-2 pets) *Per owner
4 half hour visits/day ~ $65.00 (1-2 pets) *Per owner ($7.00 savings per day/or $49 savings per week).
*If two owners choose to have their pets taken care of in one house, e.g.for a week long vacation (and each belong to a different owner), the fees are always separate. The rates for 1-2 pets only apply if one owner owns more than one animal. Rates are based on per owner, per household.*
Overnight visits: Upon request and availability only. See information below.
There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to walk the dogs during the lunch time visits
There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for LARGE DOGS.
There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for early morning or late night visits.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Per additional pet: ~ $5.00 (if you have more than 2 pets...)
KEY PICK UP ~ $5.00 This applies only if the key is not given at the initial consultation, however, there must be a specific date to start to sign a contract together at our initial meeting. If there is not a date and the client is interested in just meeting and interviewing Paws Four You, Inc., when we come back to sign a contract at a later date, a $5.00 fee will be applied for the second visit. At this time, a key should be given. No key will be taken from a client until a contract is signed between Paws Four You, Inc. and the said named client. For liability reasons, a key cannot be taken until a contract is signed between both parties. Also, if a key has been returned from the initial job (by request of the owner), each time we have to come back and pick up the key, a $5.00 charge will be applied to the owner's bill.
INITIAL KEY RETURN ~ NO CHARGE
If we return your key after using us, the first time we return it back to you there is NO CHARGE. If you request our services again at a later date, the $5.00 fee applies to cover expenses for EACH TIME we have to come and get the key and have you sign off on it. Joining our key club is an option that allows us to hold your key and ONLY USE IT when you request us to come, and we confirm that request in an email. This confirmation email must be confirmed by you, the client, before we can enter your home for that particular job.

HOLIDAY FEE applies to base rate for all holidays listed below: $10.00
Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,Columbus Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Passover (Two days that sedars take place), Easter Sunday,Good Friday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Rosh Ha Shanah (both days) and Erev Yom Kippur and Yom Kippur Day.
The $10.00 fee is per day, not per visit on that day.
BATHS: Only given in an emergency situation. If the pet has rolled in feces or has any other unwanted substance on it, a bath will be given. The fee for this is $35.00 and includes shampoo and towel drying only. A few towels will be put in the dryer (if Paws Four You has access to your dryer), and will be dried off accordingly. Baths/grooming on a regular basis is not offered by Paws Four You, Inc.
LOOK THIS IS NEW!!
OVERNIGHTS! - Paws Four You, Inc. is happy to announce we are offering overnight stays as of July 2010. These visits are upon request and are not always guaranteed availability. The shift is 12 hours and includes a bedtime visit and a breakfast meal the next day, all routine duties (fresh water, let out/and or walked a few times, bowls washed, all waste pick-up,pet spoiled, lots of love...). The bedtime visit makes everyone feel better because your pet can go out for the "final pee of the night," and then to bed. Your pet will also have company when he sleeps in his bed knowing that there is someone there for him while you are away. In the morning, we go out right away to get all your pet's business done and then back inside for a breakfast meal (if the pet gets fed a meal at this hour...) and back out once more before leaving. We follow your routine as closely as possible so your pet(s) feels comfortable and loved. Our goal is to make your time away a worry free one. We will love your pets as if they were our own - ALWAYS! Call Debbie and ask more about this service. The charge for one to two pets for an overnight visit is $55.00. Each additional pet is $5.00 after initial rate. Contact Debbie if you are interested in this service and she will be happy to discuss all options with you!
EMERGENCY FEE: If you are a key club client and call with an emergency or even a non-emergency, (less than 24 hours notice), there is a $10.00 fee that will be added to your bill. Key Club clients who give at least 24 hours notice will not be charged a fee. (See services page)
COMPLETE LITTER BOX CHANGE - If you desire a complete change of litter with a new liner, the charge is $15.00. Cleaning the litter on a daily basis is included in our regular sitter rates. A one hour visit is required for the day of the litter box change since it takes more time.
REFRIGERATOR STOCKED UPON RETURN: ~ $20.00
Going away for a nice relaxing vacation? You're thrilled that Paws Four You, Inc. is taking care of Spot and Boots and you don't have to worry. Want to worry less? Have us stock your fridge for $20.00! We will get up to 20 items for you and when you come back from your trip, you will have all the juice, milk, bread and eggs that you need for the next day. Money for food must be given to Paws Four You, Inc. prior to leaving on your trip along with a grocery list. Sufficient funds must be given or all items cannot be purchased. No money will be advanced to client for this service.
DISCOUNTS:
Vacation Discount: Full seven days ~ 5% off the base price ~ this never expires and can be used over and over again. In order to get this discount, there must be at least two half hour visits a day or one full hour visit a day for a full seven days for cats and at least three visits a day for dogs. Dogs can be two half hour visits and one full hour visit or three half hour visits. If you choose four half hour visits a day, you get a $7.00 discount per day in addition to 5% off the base price. Please note: **Owner must be away for a full seven days (includes day departing and day returning).**
First time discount: ~ 10% off base price ~ Cannot be combined with vacation discount. One discount per family, per individual assignment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that New York State tax will be applied to the base rate of the total bill.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Taxi Service for pet: ~ $18.00 one way / $30.00 roundtrip for same day service
Taxi Service is only available for pets.
Long Term assignment and all vacation bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $25.00.
Any long term assignments cancelled within one week of departure are subjected to a $20.00 cancellation fee.
The courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice by either email or phone is requested and much appreciated.
